To find out how the law affects you showing your dog from the UK and abroad, check out the question and answers page at the Kennel Club website. For eg, if a dog is docked in England after the 28th March but before the 6th April it suggests that you cant then show your dog at any Welsh Championship show. Because the docking ban comes in there first.
