Its been awhile since I was on last, posted a question in the wrong area, I apologize for that. Hope everyone is having a great day.I have been trying to do some research on my dog. Her grand father was Bosse Vom Stapelbroek, I found plenty on the pedigree, but I am not familiar with the numbers and letters that they use . I think it is pretty good german line, but would like to find out more about the german dogs, if they were field champs or show champs or just extensively tested. I must be searching in the wrong places or just dont know how to look, can anyone give me any advice, or information if you know about this german line, I will be very grateful, Christy

German dogs are usually not shown, only once in the clubmatch (zuchtschau). Besides that they are tested on their natural ability in the VJP, HZP and VGP. If you have specific answers, I might be able to be more specific in my reply.

Hi, I dont understand your question very well neither, what exactly you need to know? I could try to explain the abbreviations if that is the problem.
Bastian and Eddie dont have champion titles as far as I know. Results of de hunting tests are most important for German breeding.

christy do you have a pedigree that has the german dogs results on and are basically questioning the results you found on the website? If you are maybe posting the results on your pedigree and where you got it from (official document or hand written by the breeder??) someone maybe able to help you. I too sometimes wonder what the results mean so having an explanation of what each stands for and the grade that is good or bad would be lovely.
