HELP NEEDED - NOT FOR BLOOD TRACKING BUT FOR HUMAN SCENT FOLLOWING - TRACKING TRIAL TITLE.
I have been tracking with Weis for many, many years but I have a dog at present who will not honour the article (often a sock) left by the track layer. Where we come from the dog must either pick up the item or sit beside it. He is such a great tracker he just charges straight over the top of the article. Food under or in the item isn't helping at all. I don't want to correct him when he gets to the article in case it puts him off his track. Any help most welcome.
