   She is absolutely wonderful. Gentle, alert and oh so friendly. We had a good night and she settled quickly in our room and slept til 8 when we got up. I would just like to say that the bed is not ours  it came with her  Does she look chilled or what ;D |

What a sweetie, looks like you have had quite a bit of snow too?
As for the bed, I guess only the UK readers will really understand why you said the bed is not yours.......
I bought my bitch a real expensive Burberry coat about two years ago before the whole Danniella Westbrook chav thing. The coat is still in the wardrobe as I daren't let her wear it now!

Holly has settled in so well. Two days ago I let her off lead with some friends' dogs and she was great with them. Today I took her into an enclosed field and let her off on my own. I was a bit worried at first in case she decided to chase something. I was absolutely amazed. She has the most wonderful recall most of the time and comes to me fast and with a sit for her treat. I was going to change the word 'heal' as she is hopeless on the lead but off lead she is a dream. Sticking close to me when I turn either way.  I am so lucky to have found her and already out house is happy once more. ;D Oh, guys, the bed - she has abandoned the CHAV bed for my sofa, bed and a quilt of her own. What taste she has!!! (Shame I quite used to like Burberry and have a jacket hanging up in the wardrobe - wonder if it will suit Mar  ) |

Maybe that lovely coat could be part of a care package to a Wei in the boondocks! Here it would just be a nice dog coat! Rednecks in Oz DON"T wear that stuff!! LOL
