To Cheryl: we Swedes spread all over the world  Apparently all the way to Alaska! We do whatever to avoid the darkness that stays for about half of the year in this country

Anette & Enzo, I'm sorry but we still have the darkness here, too;) Please tell me your name for "Special Boy" in Swedish:) My version became Pojken, Poj for boy and  Am I far off??? I am getting so much wrong all of a sudden this year after turning 51 years old it is very embarrassing and I hope when I turn 52 it all goes back to normal this summer;) Cheryl, Misty, Slade, Bullet, and Pojken (Boris, long hair weim) |

First of all - pojken - is the same word as "the boy". Flicka/pojke = girl/boy. "Killen" also means the boy, but maybe more the lad/guy. But "special boy"..hm... the Swedish language is not as rich as English... I would use "prinsen" as you understand would mean the prince. Wiser?  Or "gubben", that's like the old man, but I think it is kind of sweet. |

I like that very much...The Boy...he already has a heart shape tag that says Pojken with my phone number on it. He knows his name is also Boris, and Bori Bori, too;)
In the distant future I will call him; My Gubben;)
(I already call my 3rd son's dog "The Crown Prince" and "!st in Command" but Pojken has already very quickly moved up in the ranks, in preparation to take over that position someday!
