Well, it told me I am an American Black and Tan Coon Hound. Now how on earth could they know that without hearing me sing? Excuse me, I have to go, I thought I heard something over by the trash cans............

Black Mouth Cur is an American Breed which originated in the Applachian Mountains of Tennessee and the Ozarks of South Missouri in the early 19th Century. It is very similar in apprearance to the Labrador Retriever of a yellow color, but is slightly larger and has more dark coloration around the muzzle and face. It is ideally meant to be a versitile dog fulfilling many functions on the small family homesteads of the early settlers where economics worked against keeping many dogs. They were used for guarding, herding, droving, draughting and hunting. They are excellent hunters and are used for everything from wild boar to squirells. You must be a multitalented person who is up to any job that needs to be done. www.americanblackmouthcur.com/ Be careful though, you know what happened to Ole Yeller at the end of the movie.
