I know, it sounds exaggerated, but it is'nt
I,ve worked serveral years for a supportdesk and take it from me, 9 out of 10 times the problem is stuck between the keyboard and the back of a chair.

Yes they do sound too familiar! I remember getting a call from someone who insisted the computer was broken and could not describe what was wrong. It turned out the monitor wasn't switched on!
