I guess Canine Freestyle is also called HTM (Heelwork To Music) in the UK, so I'm asking about this (not only about the UK!). I know there are lots of other breeds in this, but are there any Weims? Any prominent people we should know? I am really interested in this and would like to try some day. Has anyone done it, or is anyone planning to?

I must say that it is amazing to see what the dogs are doing. But I don't see it doing it myself, I don't like that doggydancing....

I have started to do this with my Zed. There are just a few of us who get together after Obedience classes on Wednesday mornings. She loves it (it requires food) ;D and now at home, if she wants to talk me into something, she'll do a little spin. I guess she thinks if it works there, so it should work at home! In Australia they have called it Dancing with Dogs, I guess that is the domesticated version of Dancing with Wolves. I don't know any other Weimaraners who are doing it. It is really just a form of obedience that makes the handler use their brain, not just the dog. Wendy

Wendy, that is COOL!! I'd like to do that with Audry too, but I can't teach her any of the spin/sit up etc things yet.

Be very careful, Irena, she'll use it against you! Zed goes to the refridgerator and spins. She ends looking at the fridge, and it very plain that she intends you to pay her for her good work! Wendy
