my girl seems to be in the very first stages of labour un settled and she has been panting all day.
Everything is ready for her . But i was wondering if there is anyone who may have some advice that i can use

have you contacted your vet?? I've plans to have some help when bonnie gives birth as well as my vet on call in case of an emergency. if she gets into any distress phone the vet better to be safe than sorry.

Stay with her & watch her like a hawk! Once she starts straining don't let her go more than 2 hours between strains/pups. The first pup the bitch is likely to scream so it is always handy to have someone around for the first one.
Make sure the room where she is to have the pups is quiet & warm. I have a TV on but there is only me + 1 other person the bitch knows. If you have a crowd it can put her off.
