I was wondering if you guys on the continent still think England is part of Europe? The UK did take part in the Eurovision song contest you know (boy, thanks for all your votes Latvia and Co. ). Anyway, so I have two Smokey City bitches, but my youngest and latest from America is Flair (Smokycity Silvercloud of Rivenwil). If someone can explain to me how to put photos into these postings, I will send some pictures when I get a chance to take some! Regards for now, Kate

Hi! Flair was entered, but has been injured and was lame at Paignton , so I have pulled her from all shows until she recovers. I also have a litter of puppies to care for at home, so I am too busy to bother with shows right now. Actually, I would kind of like to have 8 hours sleep! Kate p.s. what show will you be at next? Keep in touch directly via email (kate@rivenwilweimaraners.co.uk) and I'll arrange to meet up. I don't always monitor this website, so can be slow to respond. I probably won't be going to any shows until the pups are weaned.

Hello, Kate!
I've been very often on your site and noticed not only that you have beautiful weims, but also have a great style in making pictures with them! I enjoy watching you and your dogs on those photos. This one is again the proof that you have great weims who pose like real professionals! I like this photo very much, it's filled with elegance, pride, tenderness and relaxation. Can't wait to see more!
Best regards,
Kristina

OMG - yes, it was a deep shock .... Thank you, Jaeger, for letting me know. I had no idea. I am not a very active member in the WCGB, and I don't show any more, because both my Weims have got auto-immune problems. My dogs illnesses were the reason I 'met' Dr. Everett. She contacted me after reading an article on auto-immune diseases, which I had published in the Weimaraner News and we exchanged many mails and phone calls. Kate was working tirelessly for a healthier Weim breed. She had the guts to stand up and raise awareness about bad breeding standards and spoke out openly about the alarming increase in auto-immune diseases within the breed. - I will miss her.
Christina
