???Hi All... Can someone give me some information on ..How long it takes to get paperwork from Norwegian Kennel Club to Australia.. I have a friend who has imported a Saint Bernard puppy.. he is due out of quarantine in just over a week.. and we can't seem to find out where his Registration..Export.. etc Paperwork is... We have rang and been put on hold... not good when phone call from Tasmania ..Australia... I have also sent an email to The Norway Kennel Club... that was 3 days ago and still no reply... Help please...!!!! The breeder has told us the Norwegian Kennel Club has to send it..... can email privately also.. Maree at acewild55@dodo.com.au

If you give me the information (name and reg. number etc) on the dog I would be happy to call the NKK for you. Maybe they didn't understand English(?)
I need to know what you need and where to send it.

HI Ingvild... Ok.. the pups name is .. Toffe Loffe Raised For Love he was born on the 30/June/2005,, from Toffe Loffe's kennels , Anne Brita & Jan Eric Tangen, 2260 Kirkenaer Norway... Phone.. 47-62944775... The paperwork needed is his Export Pedigree/paperwork.. Not sure exactly what it is called... but ALL his paperwork that is supposed to be sent to the new owner.. which is Wayne & Julie-Anne Bald , Abels Hill Road, St Leonards, Launceston , Tasmania, Australia. 7250. He has been in Australia for nearly a month..he comes out of quarantine next weekend... Julie-Anne needs the paperwork so he can be entered into some shows..... as the paperwork has to be sent into our Kennel Association so he can be registered in Australia... I can get his microchip number and any other numbers required from Julie-Anne tomorrow... Its 11.45pm here now.. bit late to ring her now.. just let me know what else you need... my home email is acewild55@dodo.com.au or you could email Julie-Anne at wbald@bigpond.net.au (I leave for the Weimaraner National on the mainland on wednesday lunchtime.. so if you haven't been able to get any information before then .. could you please email Julie-Anne.. as I will be without a computer for 6 days...) And Guess what.. they still haven't been received... 1stly breeder didn't give proper full name & address of new owner...so lost in mail... had to reapply..new owner to send fax to NKK that rego papers had been lost.... and gave correct address... now information arrived today that the breeder has received them ..BUT they are in Norwegian.. so have to go back again to get translated to English.. So still haven't been able to show him.... GGGRRRRR..

I'm sorry to hear that! I've talked to the NKK several times to see if I could help, but it doesn't seem that it does any good:( Hope it works out!

UPDATE.... No still not received.. had to be sent back to NKK as the paperwork was in Norwegian and had to be in English... but this weekend is his 1st show.. Julie has been granted special permission to show him.... will let you know how he goes ..may even get a pic of him cheers Maree
