If I want to send a puppy to Sweden, can I send it out having a docked tail? I will still be docking my tails in the UK but not sure about a pup being exported to Sweden.
Does the same apply to Holland too?

If you'd export to Holland, the tail can be docked if I'm correct, unless the law in England changes saying dogs can't be banned anymore.

A dog with a docked tail is no problem to export to Sweden as long there is no docking law in the country they come from.

Yes, but we also have a working exemption so I assume that would still be legal?

I'd have thought so but with all the fuss about petpassports which is relatively simple it'd be worth checking just to make sure just in case they put their own interpretation on it.
