Hi
I don´t know if here is the place to write this but I just wanted to tell you that we will have a wonderful adventure soon.
We are going to Australia and to see their Nationals in the beginning of november. It will be fantastic to see all the dogs and meet all the people that we have seen on the photos and talked to over the email so far
And meet some relatives to our Australian weims
I will tell you a lot when we are back later and post a lot of photos also

Wow Kristina!!! I've been to Australia (and Tasmania) twice, but unfortunately I wasn't into the Weimaraner back then...

Ok So where is everyone Staying and when are you arriving.. I leave Tasmania on Wednesday by boat/ship leave Tasmania at 9pm arrive Thursday morning at 8.am.. 30 minute drive to the accomodation... Appollo Cabin & Caravan park..(our cabins have yards so we can exercise dogs) this is in Craigieburn .. 20 minutes further north is the Winery where the Nationals will be held..... Yes we are all going to the 'Dinner' too.. but hope to catch up way before then..... Just come up to me and say Hi... Till then Cheers Maree

Val, Keith & I, with Frankie, Diva, baby Mia and Jade (our friend's weimaraner that we bred) will be arriving on Friday morning, we are flying down....we will meet up with Peter King who is sharing our marquee (No 8) at the grounds when we can set up then off to the wine & cheese do. We too are staying at our usual haunt at the Apollo so we will probably be neighbours...we wondered whether those of us staying there should do a bbq on the sat night seeing nothing is organised?  ? The judge is Mr Marek Roszkiewicz from Poland. Not sure if he is a 'specialist' but may have/had a Weimaraner. I have been really looking forward to catching up with everyone and meeting the visitors. We are staying at the 'Grange' at Lancefield - about 5 minutes from the venue. We are driving over (about 9 hour drive) on Thursday. I am watching the weather report and hoping it isn't going to be too warm!

Marek Roszkiewicz owned 4 weims as I know. The first one was LH, then was Aramis od Zumporku (IntCH). He imported Gunalt Spritz about 10 years ago but sold him and his last weim was Nani's American Yankee (he sold Yankee to another polish breeder). Now, he has only GSP male (Working&Show Champion).
This year he was judging weims at Euro Dog Show In Tulln.

Oh great I show GSP's .. do you know from what kennel his GSP is from.. would be very interesting for me to see what his GSP looks like.. .. at the Euro Dog show .. what weims did he put up...?? Cheers Maree

If I remember correctly, I think João & Rute of Casa de Juno won with their puppy.
