Hi all,
Since we are new to this list I thought we should introduce ourselves…
We are Linn (Caroline) and Jonas, we live in the very south of Sweden in a little place called Yngsjö, just by the sea together with our two little boys and our dogs. Jonas works with computers in the daytime and Linn also used to work with computers but now she is studying to become a teacher in Swedish and History. We have one Weimaraner, Classic Dream’s Silver Super Sonic who is 3,5 years old and also one Golden retriever that recently has retired due to his age and health so we are waiting for a puppy to replace him on the fields.
Since the dogs are our biggest hobby we spend a lot of time training, hunting and also reading all about this to improve our knowledge. We have managed to find ourselves some nice domains were we put out partridges and pheasants for training and of course hunting, we also love the tracking skills in our dogs so we do a lot of blood tracking as well. For some reason we are very interested in the history of the Weimaraner and we think that it is important to know the breed’s origin in order to try to understand what goes on in the minds of our grey hunters…
Besides our hunting dogs we also used to have Rottweiler, but now we are totally into birddogs and for many reasons I don’t think we will ever have that kind of dogs again.
