Last weekend, Foster vom Weipen did a wonderfull job for me. We went to the Verbands Gebrauchs Prufung in Germany, to do the exames of the VGP this year. We trained a lot, the second part of last summer and all the parts of this "Meisterprufung" Foster did very well. I made a big mistake on the bloodtrack and that's why Foster got a second price. I am so proud of my Foster and like to share this with you. Gr. Ina

Hi fialCo, I was so stupid, to take Foster of the track, because i was not sure. Than i went back to the second woundbed and than Foster took an other "track", what was wrong and he was on the good way. The judges called me back and they had to take a point off. We got a 3 than instead of a 4, and than you have at once a second price. My fault not Foster's. Grrrrrr. Greetz Ina

There were 4 weimies, two shorthairand two longhair. Also there were GSP's German longhair- and rough pointer, one poodle pointer. The longhaird weimaraner Amigo vom Hasetal was the best of us all those days. He also did "bringselverweiser" on the bloodtrack. Super. Totaly there where 12 dogs who did the VGP and 10 of them succeed. It's always a wonderfull trial the VGP, i like it, because you have to train so much things and the exames are all the parts of hunting with your dog. Very exiting to do and a hard job in two days. Hey Ina,
Congratulations with this wonderfull result!!! Must be very exiting to do this examen. We would try it too, but it is too difficult to train. So we try our best in Field Trial and the retrive examens in Belgium.
Many greetings, Dorit

Don't beat yourself up, its very hard to stand back and have faith in your animal(s)! There were many times I should have listened to my horse! So, enjoy your team work together and Congratulations!

No Jai, i did it two times before with my longhairs. I like to do it very much, because you have to train so many different things. And it is always very thrilling. Gr. Ina
