I thought I would share some good news with you all.
DASH (Australian GR Ch Divani Just A Dash) today was awarded his second BEST IN SHOW in just 4 weeks. This also followed a Best In Gundog Group 2 yesterday. This now brings his Best In Shows to a total of 26.
Wishing all web page members a Happy and Healthy Christmas and happy showing in 2007.

WOW that is a fantastic effort Graham! What a great show dog Dash is. That must be a breed record for here.

Many thanks from DASH for those congratulatory messages. I should have a photo this w/end. I will post it for those interested. Lois I think you are probably correct that it is a record for the most BIS in Australia by a Weimaraner.

Hi Graham,
I see you haven't posted about your 27th Best in Show last weekend. What a fantastic result. I am very proud of you and Dash.
This equals the world record for Best in Shows for Weimaraners which is currently held by Amer. Ch. Aria's Allegro of Colsidex who finished with 27 BIS's. One more to go Dash to beat the record, you will do it easily.

Congratulations Graham and DASH and of course his breeders Di and Val ! What an amazing record. Good luck for 2007 and more BIS wins to break the world record. DASH is certainly a 'one in a million' dog.
As a breeder I know the joy it brings to see dogs that we have bred do well in the show ring or in any other field. As a stud dog owner it is wonderful to see ALL my dog's offspring do well. There is no better advertisement LOL.

Thanks Carol,
for your kind words at this very special time in DASH's career. It is very exciting for Leonie, Di ,Val and myself to think that DASH has achieved so much. There are certainly some strong genes behind him what with Levi & Lazer t mention a few. 2006 was a great year for him leading up to this, his first BEST IN SHOW for 2007. It is an interesting fact that in the 4 consecutive years DASH (now 5 years old) has participated in this particular show at Wollondilly All Breeds Kennel Club, he has gone BEST IN SHOW 3 times and one Group 2 win in 2006.
I would also like to thank Lois and all the others above for their kind words.

Hi everyone.
Following on from the above comments, particularly those from Carol regarding DASH's number of Best In Shows, I am very pleased and proud to let you all know that last Saturday DASH had another BEST IN SHOW, second for 2007 but more importantly number 28 for his career.
We believe this now gives him the greatest number of BIS worldwide of any Weimaraner on record.
As you can imagine we are all very proud of our boy!!!!!

That's such a wonderful achievement Graham, you and Leonie deserve to have had such a great success - you both put so much into getting out there and representing the breed at all the shows. Dash is such a handsome boy, congratulations to all at Divani also. Dash's BIS record is a credit to you all.
