:)Hi There to everyone. I want to introduce the newest addition to our family as of last night. His name is Falko. We drove out Saturday to meet Paulina and Patricia near Berlin Germany to pick him up. He is from Dolly and Oska and he was born 19 Sept. 2006. His registered name from Imperiumstar is Key to my Heart. And he definitely lives up to his name. He came home last night after a long day in 2 vehicles and in 2 countries and was wonderful! He shared the back of the van with 2 of my girls and he traveled so well. Today was his first day with us and it as if he has been here forever. Thank you very much Paulina for this wonderful lad.. and again for meeting us close to home! I will send some pics when my daughter sets it up for me. ( I am computer illiterate) jai

Thank you all for the nice comments. He has been home for 2 days now and we are working on the housebreaking. He is doing very well. And he has such a great personalilty! Since we have 3 girls who are a bit older Falko has met the gamut of friends, boyfriends, neighbors and even the neighbors dogs! He has met everyone with lots of tailwagging and interested greetings. Lovely boy Ziggy, we had actually thought about that name as well.! Dorit.. I will actually be meeting the representative of the Germany Kennel Club in my area this week. He asked me to ring him this Tues or Wed and he wants to meet us! jai

Hello relatives!!! I own Falko's sister Kika Aruba Imperium Star FCI!!! And looking to your photos they very much look alike Kika also adores people and other dogs and wags her tail when she meets them. Sometimes she likes them even too much, because some people just don't like dogs We housebroke Kika in 14 days or so, althogh we had very few "accidents". Good look with your little boy and I hope we meet one day. Eva

Hi Eva and Kika, Nice to see the pictures of your little girl. She iw very beautiful and she is tall as well. Falko is a very happy boy. He weighs 18.6 kgs as of Tuesday and still growing ofcourse. He is housetrained through the night and as long as everyone keeps bringing him out, he does well during the day. He is afraid to go downstairs and he is a bit heavy to carry, and that is where the outside is. (I am hoping in a couple of days he will be able to go down on his own)> Eva where do you guys live? The mist in the pics looks a lot like Germany.

I saw I made a funny mistake in my previous message Good look....i ment good luck We live in Slovenia (near Ljubljana) and maybe here it is a similar climate like in Germany. We drove through Germany to pick up Kika at Paulina's home...we drove 19hours up and 19 down 18,6 kilos...that's a lot.i can hardly pick up Kika...i rather ask the opposite gender to do that...I'm sure today he already has 19kg ;D

Congratulations Jai and family! Falko is a very good looking guy. And I really like that name---you came up with a good one, and being a Humphrey Bogart fan, I immediately thought of the "Maltese Falcon"---it sort of gives a little bit of classic film noire tough guy mystique to him----LOL---I can almost imagine him in a trench coat with a fedora pulled low over his eyes holding a .45 in one paw and a beautiful dame in the other. LMAO!
We'll have to see what William Wegman can come up with along that line...........

He has already worn the assortment of hats and boots actually. Having girls they like to "add" to his character. The other day Rachael had him wearing her black french beret.. He looked charming, and he also wears the chesire cat hat from Alice in wonderland quite well also. I doubt I will let him handle a gun though. With his huge paws and clumsiness that could be a recipe for disaster! LOL Oh, btw, how are you and your paw family adjusting to new life in Latvia? jai
