Boy she looks like she's having a lot of fun! Are areas like that common around where you live? It's very hard for us to find places for the dogs to run free like that since I live in Los Angeles.

Ann I was thinking exactly the same thing - such lovely spaces for Audry to have a nice run in. Audry you are a very happy, lucky little lady (and she really is a little lady - so pretty ) Nina and Jensen

Thank you! Yup, y'all should come over and join us for some walkies. This is in fact our usual walk, within 5-10 min. walking distance from home. When I moved here, I knew I'd be getting a Weimaraner some day, and it's nice to see these otherwise dull, boring and lonely places being put to use. ;D By the way, is there a name for this way of movement when she sort of "hunts" for something in the grass and as if suspends herself in the air a little before putting each foot down? It's not really running, nor walking, it's like she almost prances but with a different purpose and attitude - more like she is somewhat cautious and ready to freeze on point with one of those feet still up. Does this make any sense? Just wondering if it has a name or something.

What beautiful pics !! They exude power and poise - soo typical for this breed ... It always gives me goosebumps of pleasure when I see a Weim in action.... and the surroundings are just heavenly - Weim paradise !
Thanks for posting those photos.
