This past weekend was probably the last time the dogs will get out before the bird season ends. Unfortunately Indy had a busted pad so she stayed home while the 2 gray dogs went. I couldn't get a picture of Pixy, she was too busy doing her own thing and was so far away I don't even know if she pointed. She did have a grand time bringing us dead gophers, chasing tweety birds, rabbits and quail. Here's Riley blending into the terrain: A couple more pointing pictures:

Yes they do blend a little too well! When I first looked at that top picture I wondered to myself, "what was I taking a picture of?" and then FINALLY saw Riley. Espeically because most of our hunting is in the desert, all those brown tones makes it hard to see your dog (unless you have Blue like we do)!
