Hi...I have seen before that litter notices are locked so no one can make comment but when people post their litters its nice to be able to wish them luck and I can see that comments have been posted but when I go to make a post I cannot see a reply button

Can someone let me know how this works?

Yes I can. These threads are locked, because there have been posted a few very nasty comments on a couple of litters a while ago. That's why decided to lock these threads so no comments can be made.
You can either wish people good luck by PM or e-mail.
