Hi,
Want to share my latest huntingadventure from this afternoon....
We (a hunter, Dorit and me) went with Ginger (Greydove at Flanders Joy) to the fields to do some training for the TAN (Natural hunting abilities), that will be hold in May in Abeville, France.... We would love to participate, as this test is so lovely for young dogs.
Well, at the training, Ginger did so well !!! She searched the field so good and pointed a pheasant for such long time, that I really was over the moon !!!! I have one great example at home and people always tell me, you have a 'once in a lifetime dog'. I really can say she is follow him into his footsteps. She loves it all, pointing, retreiving, swimming, retreiving over deep water, lost search, actually all facets of hunting and obedience so well. I sometimes think I'm dreaming ;D
Bill is my once in a lifetime "boy" and Ginger will be my "once in a lifetime "girl".... ;D
They are both my special dogs !
Yesterday, we went to the general membermeeting of the Belgian weimaranerclub to get our 2 challange cups hunting for the best hunting weimaraner in Belgium....
At the pics you see me and our president of the club, to hand over this great Challange cups, that we can keep for one year at home....
This challange cup is for Bill's results for his work "after shot" in 2006, like retreiving, waterwork, obedience, lost search, ect, ect
Mr. Laurencin, president of our club, hand over the challange cup to me !
This challange cup is for Bill's accompliments in the field in 2006, at field trials, contests for all continental pointing dogs.
This pic is of our boarding members of our weimaranerclub !
