Does anyone know about Austria - can we go to their shows if we have a docked tail? Any information on that? I have this year's Euro Winner in mind, just wondering if we could go at all.

OK, someone told me he emailed the Euro Dog Show organisers and they confirmed that docked dogs CAN be shown at Euro Dog 2005. Whew!!

I would love to go. I know nothing yet, I have to get my puppy first, but she would be exactly old enough to show, so IF things work out alright, we'd hopefully be going!

hi, it is allowed to show the dogs and it is still allowed to dock the tails - it the veterinar says, that it is better for the dog. and when the dog is a hunting dog and is used so. sorry, my answer is late... karina www.weimaraner-austria.at
