Tail docked dogs born after 1 June 1996 cannot be shown, regardless of the dog’s country of birth. The prohibition also includes dogs that have been docked for veterinary reasons, irrespective of whether a veterinary certificate is presented. The following breeds are excepted from the tail docking prohibition: Brittany spaniel, German shorthaired pointer, German wirehaired pointer, Vizsla and Weimaraner.

Thats interesting Irena
Here in NZ we are still fighting the fight. Govt put off debating the issue till after the election (Sept this year) and we havnt heard anything since then except that the woman who put the Bill to Ban forward lost her seat in the election......NYAH NYah.......sadly she is still in on a list seat but hopefully has lost some credibility.
