Does anyone know if a puppy exported from the UK to Finland can have it's tail docked? If it has a docked tail can it compete in shows, working events etc?

I believe Jean Byrne exported a puppy to Finland, she'll know....

Thanks Daniela. I did contact Jean & she said the pup has to have a full tail. Well, until docking is banned in the UK  , mine will all be docked. |
