Grausturm kennels is very excited to announce the impending arrival of puppies - both longhair and shorthair weimaraners expected!
Dam is Aust Ch Grausturm Live The Dream (Mischka) a longhair
Sire is Greyflyte Thnx Grausturm (IMP NZ) a shorthair but expecting him to be a carrier due to his coat type.
Mischka is from a litter of four champions including Latvian and Multi Champion Grausturm Love Is A Drug BISS, Aust Ch Grausturm Little Devil BISS and Aust Ch Grausturm Love In A Mist RUBISS and both winners of their classes at the Australian national 2005.
Mischka's grand mum is Aust Ch Swed Ch NW04 and SW07 Grausturm Dare to Dream who has also excelled in field trials and lives at Classic Dream kennels in Sweden and has produced the top hunting dog in 2006 won by Zafir and the youngest weimaraner to ever win this award.
So the lines are strong in hunting and in showing.
Merlin is from Aust NZ Ch Grausturm in the Mist who has won heaps of coveted prizes including from a number of our royal shows such as Best of Breed Sydney Royal and Best Puppy in Group Melbourne royal and Best Open bitch Weimaraner Nationals 2005. His sire is Aust Am and NZ Ch Tri-Ds Greyflyte Grand Slam. Merlin has already produced quality in his first litter which includes Fern - best baby in group at her first show.
