How to become a Greek Ch?

I read this on Dimitris' website ( www.ygeiakennels.com ) :

At the moment,
in order for a dog to finish it´s Greek championship
(Be it Greek or foreign dog) it needs 3 CAC.

Dimitris, can you or anyone else confirm it is still 3 CAC's? What if the dog is a Ch of its own country already?

Also, what about Junior Ch?
