Hi @ all,
once more I have great news to report from my Weimi-girl Brigid here in Germany. Last weekend Brigid participated at the VGP trial, and received an incredible 338 points ! She is a "Totverbeller". Sorry I don´t know he correct translation for this trait. It means when she works the blood track and it goes toward the end, the dog is let of the lead and find the game all alone. And when the dog reaches the game she has to bark until the owner reaches her. I am so very proud of my little girl. For this year she´s done with testing, but next year we go for the blood tracking test 20 h.
Greetings from Germany Nadja

the translation to english would be 'bays on game' or 'tongue dependant' on where you come from in HPRs its when the dog finds the carcus they start to howl ;D
Well done thats a fabulous achievement ;D ;D

Well done you both. I understand that you are very proud of Brigid. It's every time very exiting to do the examinations for the VGP. You have to do so many parts of hunting work with your dog. Big Congratulations for you and your dog.
