Darn.... Well, there used to be two very helpful little programmes back in the days of DOS, called "unerase" and "undelete". I wonder if you can find someone who still has DOS on their computer, or some immitation of it, and restore the file. That's about the only thing I can think of, but there must be another way too. Or, (just googled), try installing this on your 'puter - download2.times.lv/master/files/Utilities/us_udwstr_i.exeOr this - "Active Uneraser" - download2.times.lv/master/files/Windows/uneraser.zipI haven't used either but I suggest you try it out with another floppy disc so you know exactly what to do with yours. I remember recovering files with either one of the DOS programmes but it was a long time ago and I don't remember details anymore.
