Hi everyone ! We've reached now the French Spring's FT end . The season was very hard with fast few birds than before and always a lot of hares. Only 9 weims earned some placements even some of them ran the whole season without any placement. The top 5 is as follows: 1rst MOJO's VINI VIDI VICI (2 CACT, 1 EXC and 1 VG)  2nd ULYA DU DOMAINE DES BREVONES ( 1RCACT and 1 VG) 3rd URHION (1EXC and 1 VG) 4th UNIA DE LA VIEILLE BARQUE (1 EXC and 1 VG) 5Th SUBA'S W HARPER (1 CACT) Vini misses now 1 CACT to become Spring Ch. ULYA earned a RCACT and becomes now the 3° French Spring CH. (females needs 3 RCACT or CACT and males 4 CACT or 3 CACT+ 2 RCACT) Chris |

Hi Chris First and foremost Jim and I enjoyed your country so so much!! the food was fantastic, also the people. It was a great experience to see Vini compete in the trial. congrats for those great results!!! just one doubt: why a female needs 3 RCACT or CACT and males 4 CACT or 3 CACT+ 2 RCACT to become a Spring Ch.  I don't understand this. Dorit & Cummel |

Yes Dorit, he rules are easier for the females because of the heats in the middle of the FT season, a litter, etc....
Before and while thier heats, the females are "disturbed" and they don't work so good.
At spring for example, the Ft are between the march 1rst and the april 15th. It is very short and if the heats come on this period....you have very few luck to get a placement.
