Last weekend we took part in the international dog shows World Cup & Major Cup in Moscow. It was organized by the International Kennel Union.
Frida became twice best junior under English judges: Вob Brampton and Keith Rushfirth.
I just wonder does anybody know those judges?

It seems that Keith Rushfirth is certainly involved with Akita and Doberman. He particularly marked Frida and awarded her "in exception" with excellent grade in spite of the highest grade in junior class was only very good (IKU show rules). I'd like "to weight" his mark for myself I have a picture of Bob Brampton with older weims in the ring And today I was told dogshow anekdot about him ;D That he very likes female handling

Does he have Boxers? Gosh, I think I recognise him from when I used to show English Springers...... I will definitely check because now I am curious. If it is, I have won under him with the ESS.

Ahhh Shirley. Owner of Eng Sh Ch Pondridge Practical Joker who my Lara goes back to on both sides. She gave me Junior of Breed with both Long and Smooth, the smooth was a big win. Then my long was Junior in Show - a big surprise! She wrote something nice in Phantom's critique about his handling - I had only had him for two weeks and he was being an utter bugger! She gave Lara's Dad RUBIS. Patsy Hollings placed three of mine, and gave Lara her class when she was here, but nothing major. Apart from them, English judges put mine last, and then place the rest of the class! Wendy

I thought Shirley Anderton gave RUBIS to the CC bitch winner? I KNOW she gave Best In Show to our 'Vader' and veteran in show to his mother, our 'Rumour' and Puppy In Show to our LH 'Blu' (Vader's son) GREAT JUDGE!! I was sure that Louise Bisco's bitch went RUBIS tho.

Yes, I have to agree with Lois, I don't think the longhair RUBOB went RUBIS.....I don't recall any specialty that happening....we didn't enter that particular show (we were not happy with the venue) however we did go and I thought Shirley Anderton did a pretty good job on reflection....Patsy Hollings gave our frankie first show out of quarantine Junior in Show....

Good to hear all these positive stories. The stud I used is bred by Shirley and used by Patsy Hollings....

No, Brodie got BOB, not RUBOB, and then went on to RUBIS. Everyone thought it was the first time it happened, but I have found a Greygables LH got it about 12 years ago. Margaret was in tears, and when the presentation was over, I told Shirley that Brodie was her boy's grandson, and she said she was glad she didn't know as she would have cried with Margaret. Wendy
