Two months ago Monte (our 2nd weimy) became desperately unwell at a very fast pace. After being touch and go and after a whole battery of tests he was diagnosed with SRMA - steroid responsive meningitis arteritis. It is thought to be auto immune in nature.
Two months on he has this weekend started losing fur on top of his head. I was just wondering if anyone else had experience of SRMA or auto immune hair loss.
After losing our first weimy to thyroid cancer we are finding Montes condition particularly hard. Many thanks
