I have sisters from same litter who both have autoimmune disorders. My girl Jasmine at the age of 1 yrs old became showing symptoms. Her head literally started swelling as well as her eyes popping from pressure. The vet inserted a small hole in the roof of her mouth to relieve pressure. She was then put on steroids. Jasmine has severe separation anxiety and does not like to be away from me. She prefers to sleep at my head and likes to feel me near her. I do have her sister who's autoimmunity affects her joints. Jasmine started having seizures at night time. She will wake up completely disorienting and panics until she can smell me and feel my touch. She wakes blind. I am tired of vets testing her and hearing one thing after another . She is allergic to chicken, lamb. I don't feed her cheap food as they eat raw diet.Has anyone else had there digs wake up blind? It normally lasts about 20 min I get her outside if it is cool, or put a wet cloth on the head and paws. She is so very important to me.Her sister is fine in every way but her joints become swollen and sore and she goes on anti inflammatory medication. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
