OH MY GOODNESS  I have seen that the 2nd ed will be approx $101 ?? I have seen so much about it I just gotta read it now .... b4 the 2nd ed gets out ... I have my fil on the look out in florida so lets hope. Hve you read it ? |

This book is almost an urban myth... everybody knows it and is looking for a copy to buy but there are none to be found fanywhere...
wasnt there some talk of a new edition?!
i'd love to get a copy myself...

I would lend mine out except its out on loan, and has been out on loan with various people for some time! :-)
It's battered and well-read. My ex used to give me a hard time about how badly I took care of it, but my view is that you can see that it is well read and cherished! LOL

I have a copy you can read les I'll bring it over it is an interesting read but there are some other good weimaraner books out there too that are more than worth looking at. If you haven't got a copy of the first edition I would definitely wait for the second as the price for the first one is extremely exaggerated.

One just got sold for around £90+ last week. Well it was in dollars so postage would be a bit.

what other weim books are available that are a great read ? i still have had no luck in finding it , my o/h has allowed me to spend a pretty penny if i do find this book , but not so sure i could make the money back on it when im finished?

you wouldn't have any problems making the money back on it, its actually increased in value from the original price which is relatively rare for a reasonably modern book. Anyone from the UK would be best to buy a copy from the US as our exchange rate is so good. I just paid $200 for some magasines and it cost me £101 the extra £1 being an exchange rate fee charged by my bank.

just got the essential weimaraner & weimaraners complete pet owner manuals ( think these books are all the same just the name of breed is changed ) good old ebay , just gotta wait for delevery , 1 is from usa . |

I've got most of these already bar the ones that are multi dog which i'm not interested in the Bremar site has a good book list as does the american club website.

A good investment are gillian burgoins books the ragstone handbook and The weimaraner both are in my opinion more than a worth while read if you like history of the breed.
