I'm moving to the Netherlands soon, and I'm wondering if electrical (shock) collars are legal in the Netherlands. I know they are illegal in the UK and Australia, and that Marjolein is in Noordhoek, so I'm hoping to get an answer here.

Electric collars are NOT illegal in the UK although the KC are trying very hard to get them banned. |

they are forbidden in Germany,
in Belgium they are allowed as far as I know
