Well, the field trial season is over now, so we have to get started with the other things again. We have an official blood tracking test in 2 weeks so we have to train for that. We went to a good friend if hours (who lives 1 hour and 45 min's from where we live 
). He lives in the forest. He laid a track for us from 500 mtr's long. It was 24 hours old and he had only used 150 ml's of blood.
And Mowgli did a great job!!! She was a bit confused at the first leg, but Meike stayed calm and Mowgli found the track again in no time. Apart from that, they (Meike and Mowgli) haven't made a single mistake and they found both the wound beds. I was really impressed with the both of them. Fingers crossed they perform as well as today in 2 weeks time at the test!!!
